Patrick began his career working as a Runner at Chicago Board of Trade and successful career-pathed to managing REFCO International’s Currency Desk, Eurodollar Futures, and Options while servicing accounts of global banks and financial service firms, including J.P. Morgan, Royal Bank of Canada, and Merrill Lynch at the Chicago Mercantile. Patrick has always had an interest in Real Estate and became a Broker in 1997 with Century 21 and continues helping renters and first-time homeowners find homes with Keller Williams/ Frank Montro Realty. Committed to the customer experience, Patrick focused on developing his Business to Business and Business to Consumer sales strategies by attending various Customer Service, Business Development, and Leadership training seminars.

In 2015, Patrick joined PNC as a Mortgage Loan Originator. Shortly after completing his training, Patrick was recognized for ranking in the top 5% of closing ratios, maintaining a $7-10 million-dollar customer portfolio. In 2018, Patrick was recruited by Fay Mortgages and joined their team. Within months, Patrick transition to Constructive Loans, a new division as a Hard Money Lender that focuses on Short Term Fix & Flip, Bridge, Long Term Rental, Bridge, New Construction Loans, and Single to Multi-Family properties in 45 states across the US.

Bridge Loan for Acquisition and Refinancing

An acquisition bridge loan can be used to quickly purchase a property and give an investor or buyer time needed to renovate the home or stabilize their finances to prepare for qualifying for a long-term mortgage in the future. Acquisition bridge loans can be used on single-family homes, multi-family apartment buildings, and fix and flip properties. Flip loans for fixer properties fall under the umbrella of acquisition bridge loans.

Fix and Flip
